Anahit Avanesyan Welcomes Russian Leaders and Representatives of Companies Producing Assistive Technologies Within the framework of Armenian-Russian cooperation.
Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan hosted the leaders and representatives of Russian companies engaged in the production of various assistive technologies. The meeting was also attended by Anna Donchenko, the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Armenia. The guests presented the work of their companies involved in the production of these technologies, particularly highlighting the successes of their orthotics and prosthetics services in various countries. They also discussed proposals for the development of cooperation in promising areas within the healthcare sector. "Close collaboration will provide an opportunity to deepen Armenian-Russian bilateral relations around new technologies and ideas, which will lay the groundwork for achieving significant successes in the healthcare system in the near future," noted Anahit Avanesyan. A bilateral agreement was reached to further discuss cooperation for the implementation of mutually beneficial projects through the application of new technologies. This includes organizing reciprocal visits that will promote improvements in the functioning of the healthcare system and enhance its efficiency. Also present at the meeting was Ara Tekyozyan, the director of the "Ortez" orthotics and prosthetics center.
